FAQs

How are the eyelash extensions applied?

Individual lash extensions are glued to each eyelash individually, giving your eyelashes a very full and realistic look. Your eyes will stay closed during the entire application.

Why do I need an eyelash fill?

The eyelash extensions are attached to your natural lashes, and as your natural lashes shed, so does the eyelash extension. A fill replaces lost or overgrown lashes to keep your lash extensions looking full.

Will the glue for the eyelash extensions damage my real lashes?

No, the eyelash extension glue will not damage your real lashes. As your eyelash sheds, the lash extension sheds with it, causing no damage to your natural lash.

What should I do prior to arrival?

Please remove all makeup prior to arrival for your eyelash extensions or fill. The adhesive will not stick to the eyelash if there is any makeup on the lashes. Please also be sure to take out your contact lenses prior to application.

How often should I schedule a fill?

It is recommended to get a fill every 2-3 weeks to ensure your eyelashes continue to look full. You may wait longer to get a fill, but you should be aware that the cost increases the longer you wait, due to the likelihood of more lashes shedding.

How long do lash extensions last?

After you get a full set of lash extensions, we recommend getting a fill every 2-3 weeks to replace the lashes that have shed during your natural growth cycle. You can continue to get fills indefinitely.

Can I get eyelash extension if I wear contacts?

The fumes from the adhesive can irritate the eye if you open your eyes during application. Please be sure to take your contacts out prior to application.

How do I care for my lash extensions?

Please wait 24 hours after leaving the lash studio before getting the extensions wet to ensure the adhesive has dried. Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours. After that, avoid touching them or using oil-based products. Wash your lashes daily using a lash extension cleanser and brush them regularly to prevent tangling.
